We are an expanding, unique and dynamic floristry business where the flowers are grown on our own ‘green’ and sustainable farms in Hampshire and Kenya. We grow our own scented flowers, herbs and foliage and are specialist growers of scented garden roses.

We are busy retailers, wholesalers and weddings and event florists.

In February this year we were awarded the prestigious ‘Cut Flower Grower of the Year Award 2009’ at The Grower of the year Awards.

We have a workshop in Petersfield, on the Hampshire/West Sussex border from where we send out flowers for next day delivery nationwide and we have a shop within the Food Hall of Selfridges, Oxford Street, London.

If you’re looking for a challenging, creative and high profile career in floristry management then you could be the person we are looking for.

We are looking for an exceptional Manager with a great track record in floristry for our high profile shop within the Food Hall of Selfridges store in London’s Oxford Street.

Working as part of the management team at The Real Flower Company you will be responsible for the day to day management of our London outlet and the further development of our weddings and events business.

You will be a talented, creative florist with a high level of skill in floristry and an eye for detail.

Experience in a managerial role is essential, ideally in a similar role at the top end of the market.

We are looking for excellent interpersonal skills and strong organisation and time management skills.

A sales driven focus with a desire to achieve the best possible level of customer service is essential.

Clean driving licence will be required
