Palace Favourite Philodendron
'Imperial Red' is an impressive plant which is so named because it has been a
favourite in palaces and grand official buildings all across Europe. Unlike some
other philodendrons, this plant is not a climber. It steadily expands to form
a large and sturdy pot plant with glossy dark red and green leaves. Water with
lukewarm water and never leave the roots standing in water. Dust the leaves regularly
to allow them to "breathe" and to maintain the attractive shine. >>
