  • Name - Pronounced dra-SEEN-a. Commonly called dragon tree, corn lily.
  • Origin - Subtropical and tropical regions.
  • Care Tips - Very easy to look after. If leaf tips get brown (from dry air) just snip them off with scissors and if bottom leaves turn brown, simply remove them. If the plant is getting "leggy", cut the growing head off and use it to propagate a new plant (popping it in a vase of water usually does the trick) - the old stem should now sprout two new heads.
  • Trivia - Dracaenas are excellent at cleansing the air of impurities and harmful chemicals
