Fashion & Fun With Flowers
The First Day of London Fashion Weekend 2008

The Flowers & Plants Association & Flower Council of Holland definitely convinced visitors how stylish and sexy chrysanthemums were at this high fashion event. Over 700 people walked away with their very own bespoke flower jewellery item – rings, corsages, tiaras and bracelets – all made on the spot by flower designers.

Visitors also admired (and some even fondled!) mannequins dressed in complete outfits made from fresh flowers – bikinis, hats, bags – even a dog!

Thanks to mannequin designers Bloomsbury Flowers, Wild at Heart and Jane Packer. Big thanks to Chris Jones, Wild at Heart and Writtle College for providing designers to create the amazing jewellery for visitors. And very big thanks to the Dutch growers from justchrys.com who provided the fabulous flowers to work with.
