Vriesea is multi-talented: green rosette, striped leaves, flowers that shoot upwards like colourful fireworks - never a dull moment. This easy-care plant appreciates an occasional shower: it collects water in its rosette. Remember to top the rosette up with water. Take care though to ensure that the roots are never soaking wet, as this is something that the plant cannot tolerate. Vriesea likes a well lit spot out of full sunlight.
