Barbarella
Two curvaceous vases, one inside the other, hold
a voluptuous bouquet. Tightly tied stems erupt into a foamy extravagance
of "Pink Donna" and "Aicardi" carnations and
"Paprika" red achillea. White satin ribbon has been laced
over the top.
Carnations are widely available as cut flowers
- so much so, that some snobbish designers reject them as unfashionable!
The Flowers & Plants Association's Sensuality images show that
carnations can be the most stylish flower - when used with imagination
and flair.
